Premade cookie dough (shop bought or mixed from a box)
Leftover easter eggs
6 Nonstick mini pudding moulds or buttered ramekins
Instruction
Divide your cookie dough into 12 balls.
Lightly oil the pudding moulds or ramekins, then press in a ball of cookie dough. Repeat with the remaining ramekins. On top of the dough press in your easter chocolate, chopping it into smaller chunks if necessary. Add another ball of dough on top of the easter chocolate, then fresh in a few more easter eggs to finish the cookie.
Select Bake and set the temp to 160°C for 8-15 minutes, depending on the size of your pots. Allow cooling, then decorate with more easter chocolate or drizzle over white chocolate.
