In a large zip lock bag combine the rice flour, oregano, garlic salt, onion powder and paprika and shake to combine.
Pat the chicken wing pieces very dry with paper towel, then add to the bag with the dry mix. Seal the bag and toss the wings in the mixture until the flour coats the wings evenly.
Place the wings in the basket or tray of your airfryer in a single even layer ensuring they do not touch each other (you may have to do this in two batches in a smaller machine) and spray with olive oil.
Place in your Instant air fryer and air fry at 205°C for 12 minutes, then flip the wings over, spray again with oil and air fry for a further 10-12 minutes at 205°C until the wings are golden and crisp. Serve with, or tossed in, your favourite dipping sauce.
