In a Pyrex Mix N Go bowl, combine baby spinach, cooked orzo, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, red onion, crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh dill.
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chili flakes and sesame seeds (if using), salt and pepper until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Toss everything together until the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
