BEFORE USE – Wash in hot water, then rinse and dry. DURING USE – Always turn the handle of the cookware towards the centre of your stove. Never let the flames cover the sides of the cookware to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. In the event of overheating, never touch the cookware until it has cooled down. Do not pour cold liquids in the cookware when it is hot: thermal shocks can cause irreversible damage to the bottom of the cookware. Never heat the cookware when it is empty. Do not use in a traditional or microwave oven. To best preserve the non-stick coating, use heat-resistant silicone, plastic, or wooden accessories. Avoid using accessories made of metal or with sharp edges. Slight scratches can appear over time, although these do not alter the coating’s effectiveness. AFTER USE – Always allow the cookware to cool down before washing. Wash in hot, soapy water. Do not use a scouring pad or abrasive solutions, but rather a non-abrasive nylon brush.
