BEFORE USE - wash in hot water, then rinse and dry.
DURING USE - Always turn the handle towards the centre of stove. Never let flames cover the sides of the pan to avoid damaging non-stick coating. Always use detachable handle to remove pan from heat. Do not leave detachable handle in oven. Do not wash detachable handle in dishwasher. Do not pour cold liquids in the pan when it is hot: thermal shocks can cause an irreversible deformation to the bottom of the pan. Never heat the pan when empty. Do not use in a microwave oven. To best preserve non-stick coating, use heat-resistant silicone, plastic, or wooden accessories. Avoid using accessories made of metal or with sharp edges.
AFTER USE – Always allow the pan to cool down before washing. Wash in hot, soapy water. Do not use a scouring pad or abrasive solutions, but rather a non-abrasive nylon brush.
