Carbohydrate reduction is optimised when cooking batches of 2 dry cups of rice or less. To maximize this benefit, we recommend doing 1–2 dry cup volumes, which equates to 4–8 servings.

Cleaning
Clean your Rice Cooker after each use. Always unplug the unit and let all parts cool to room temperature before cleaning. Before use or storing, make sure all surfaces are dry.
The cooking pot, CarbReduce steam basket, inner lid cover, measuring cup and rice spoon are all dishwasher safe.
If the rice cooker base and power cord need cleaning, WIPE ONLY with a damp cloth.
